The Council may delegate all or some of the powers conferred to it by this Act or Rules or Bye-laws made there under to the committee or chairperson of the committee or Member Secretary of the Committee on the condition that it is exercised according to the conditions specified by it.
(2) The committee may delegate all or some of the powers conferred to it by this Act or Rules made there under to a Member or Member Secretary or an officer employee of the Committee.
